  1. hello everyone So pleased to find a site just about sleevers. Im 20 days into my sleeve so still early days for me. Ive been in quite a lot of pain around the stomach area for the last week but i think its my own fault, as just before christmas i had a bit of a tidy up at home (felt fine though) and next day i couldnt even lift my left leg to put my trousers on. I can only describe the pain as velcro being opened and closed. Have done bugger all the last 2 days and guess what, tummy pain has eased, thank god. Have any of you done too much and then paid the price, how long before you felt better? Also i have a job which involves lifting and am wondering if 6 weeks will be long enough. kim xx
