  1. Thanks for the heads up guys, I really appreciate it.
  2. I feel that I'm starting the phase of dehydrating, my urine is starting to darken and have a slight smell to it. I don't feel thirsty or dehydrated yet but Im scared I'm not getting enough fluids for the first week. I try to have a bigger sip but my stomach won't allow me to swallow that much so I'm taking in a lot of very small sips but it's taking too long and I can't even finish this bottle yet.
