  4. We are both band free now, eh? And, my surgery was the day before yours! Cool! I go back to do next week...I don't know weight loss amount yet. And, to top it off....I used to live in your area, too funny!!! I went to Sea Park Elementary, I lived on Patrick AFB when I was younger. Are you walking a lot? I have been taking laps in the house, since I am so sore, I hate going up and down the stairs.
  5. I am so glad to luck upon this forum! I was sleeved on Nov. 17, I am now 10 days post op! I am awaiting my first doctor's post-op appointment before I weigh-in. These past few days have been a very gradual process of falling in love with being a sipper! :Angel_anim: Sipping is the key to success. I was banded several years ago, I was basically classified as a failure. I have hypothyroidism and just recently resumed my meds. after being told along the way, I was boderline and did not really need them.
  6. I have been sipping away, I find that I have a hard time tolerating all of my vitamins and liquid meds! I wish I could eat crackers now to help absorb some of this!
