  1. Thanks guys, you have no idea how encouraging this was. I'm going to try the 5 day pouch test tomorrow and see how that goes. I'll let you know if it works I was just starting to feel like this was the end of my weight loss journey.
  2. Hello all! So this is my first time posting Here. Actually its my first time talking about my vsg in public. I've had my vsg done late May 2011, so I'm almost 5 months out. So far I have only lost a whopping 30 pounds, I lost most of them in the first 2 months. I never told anyone except my parents that I got it done. I am gradually getting depressed because I see everyone that has done it lose so much weight by this point and I am still stuck where I am. I know my eating habits are horrible, the first two months I was going by the book, and after that I started loading myself on carbs and sugar, I also never throw up, but I eat till I am too full and I feel like I am eating so much more than I should. Is there any way I can get back on track? Or did my stomach really expand, I don't know if its what I am eating or because I am not exercising, but it feels that when I read the stories here, people are just magically losing weight. Help
