Super Nurses With Sleeves (Support Group)

Hello, I am Meganmand have been an RN since 2001. Just changed over from infectious disease PHN to maternal child health. Anyhow I havent Ben on here in months and need to change my pic. I sleeved almost a year ago 10/26 and have been at goal of 133 for awhile now. It feels so good to be skinny again. Went from a 16 to a 4. It feels normal and I actually forget I have had the surgery since all the old clothes and new pics are of the new me! I am so glad I did this with no regrets. Will post a new pic ASAP. Best to all the sleeve RN's. Kee going!

    The first month

Great job overcoming the first week and on the 24 pounds lost!! It really is amazing to feel energetic already. I was sleeved on 10/26 and have lost 17 pounds. Feeling great now, but was relieved to read about the stall. Post op third week started a few days ago and all of a sudden the scale hasn't moved. But I am happy to hear that is normal now. Keep up the good work, when you think about it, it's only been a very short while with great results so far!

    Shirataki noodles are the bomb!

They have been popping up in the refrigerated tofu/ cheese section everywhere lately. But definitely at the healthier stores. I too love the linguini ones with marinara and sprinkle mozzerella.

    Shirataki noodles are the bomb!

I loved these even on WW!! Can make them taste just like Ramen or fancy them up. The smell out of the package kills me, but the end taste is great.
