  1. hi everybody, My names Dale Green and I've just had my sleeve and was amazed at how it all went,I was admitted on 9/8/2011 i had my op on the 10th and was out of hospital by the 12th,i feel so lucky that it all went so well and the nurses and doctors at Morriston hospital Swansea were so great and very professional ,I,ve been struggling with my weight for at least 10 years since leaving the army due to inactivity through injury to both my knees,but i feel this as given me a new lease of life to push on and try 400% more and to beat the dreaded "Obesity" before the op i was 185 kg,29st 2ib or 408Ib.i know the hard part starts know.HERE GOES!!
