  1. So if you don't mind me asking how much have you lost in four months?
  2. My BMI is 31 and I'm doing the surgery tues the 9th. I'm starting to get nervous. It's been like a roller coaster, one day I'm super excited and the next day I'm wondering if I should have tried one more diet. I know I will get the same results in the end though. I wish you had your family to back you up because it makes it easier. I pray I have made a good decision and I will be so glad I did this in several months. We need to keep eachother updated with our progress. Good luck-Jamee
  3. Hi christy, I'm not using Dr. Almanza but as I have been doing lots of research I have noticed a lot of people have used him and love him. I'm getting my surgery this upcoming tues and I am so excited. Good luck and don't hesitate to send me messages if you have any questions after I have the surgery:)
  4. I'm so exited y'all wrote me back I didn't think there was anyone else around my BMI wanting to get this done. Are any of y'all trying to go through insurance? I heard you had to at least have a BMI of 35. I went to a seminar and I have a phone consultation tues. I'm so excited but so nervous I have been doing research for the past four days and praying a lot about it. I'm glad they changed the BMI to 30, if the world considers anything 30 and above obese than we should be able to have bariatrics done too. Wish y'all luck and good luck to the one who is having surgery you will do great and you will be on your way to being healthier and feeling great about yourself-Jamee
