Any Women Here Have Pcos ? & Had Weight Loss Surgery So Chances Of Being A Mother Can Increase ?
I was diagnosed with PCOS 7 years ago . I am 4 months out and at 3 months out I was not longer insulin resistant ,no bad cramps when I get my period. So yeah pretty much my sleeve helped me a lot with PCOS,so far so good, Your periods will become normal after you weight loss most likely if you suffer from irregular ones . Good luck, you won't regret this surgery.

Well people I used to weight myself everyday 3-4 times a day and YES now I think that doing something like is crazy and is not going to help me emotionally ,with all my respect to those who do it,I was driving myself crazy. My scale broke and my husband fixed it but I told him to hide it where I can't see it and guess what? Since I am not weighting daily,I am feeling much better and stress free. This does not mean that I won't check my weight. I keep working out 6 times a week and trying my best to make better choices as far as eating The scale only says a number,it's all about how you feel, you know you will do good if you exercise properly and eat clean.- I Had My Surgery But

I could not agree more with you Pdxman, they are a great snack pre runs- Nuts?
I been eating nuts since 2 months post op and I chew them well,so far is the only thing that has been working for my constipation YES I make my own trail mix with almonds and organic raisins and I eat 1/4 cup a day and it gives the energy I need to go for runs, walks or the gym =) Not everybody tolerates them well after surgery. Almonds are my favorites. I do a little peanut butter as well here and there but I limited myself to the serving size 2 tsp. They are a great source of protein and healthy fats as well as fiber but is small quantities ,for what I read,is also good to gain a couple pounds if you eat a lot. I love me some nuts lol - Caffeine
