Yes. Ignore the advice to NOT chew it, the issue is swallowing it, which can bother your new tiny stomach but I assume you're an adult and know enough to not swallow it anyway. right?

    I chew gum SF very often,just be careful,you will be fine. Are you on your pre op liquid diet or post op?

    I chew gum a lot and I am 4 months postop. The only issue I have with gum is that it creates gas in my sleeve. I usually chew for the flavor and don't keep it in long.
