Hi Paul, I started a diary but then stopped and I'm only 3 weeks out! So thanks to you, I will take your advice and keep track of it all. I must say, pity parties are the best, they have a great guest list and no one ever lets you down! lol

I couldn't believe it - 2lbs in week 3!!! I am on a period but to put weight on after everything is just horrible. Did this happen to anyone else? My sleeve was fitted end of June in the States and so far I had lost 25lbs. Should I go see my doctor or can it be I'm not eating enough Protein - I didn't get very much advice on eating at the time and I flew back to the Uk a week ago. Anyone know where I can look up good eating advise?
