  1. It's been forever since I've been on this forum. Life is always so busy but I really appreciated LilMissDivas message today about stalls. I've been the same weight for 3mos just trying to break into 1derland. Thought I would be there long ago and have been wondering if this weight is where I'm stuck and if I was doing everything wrong. Will work on changing things up!

  4. Hi Pam.. how are you doing? I'm down 45lbs and thrilled about it but still wishing it was going faster. Tell me some good news!

  5. Time to get serious... want to be in 1derland in 6 weeks and have 15lbs to go.

  6. Been a long time since I've been on here but coming up to my 90 day mark. Things are going fairly well, down 40lbs. Should be down more but am still a sugar addict.

    Progressing to Mushy Foods

Hi Sunny, Congrats on your new sleeve! Some people start with refried Beans and a little cheese. I didn't do so well on the mushy phase and dove right in to regular food but it's not for everybody. chicken is dense and you need to eat it very slow and chew it really well! Otherwise I would have nitrate free turkey sandwich meat and string cheese. Just eat new foods very slowly and your sleeve will tell you if you can tolerate them or not. Good luck to you!
  8. I am missing our chats! Things have been so crazy around here. School started back, so of course, I'm back to work full time. I've visited a few gyms, trying to find one that is right for me. I have all these 7 day passes, LOL. Guess I'll get a few weeks of free gym time to make my choice!

  9. Thanks Cammy... I'll be drinking water and waiting for my whoosh!
  10. How does it happen that the scale is barely moving but I'm in smaller pants? I'm grateful.. I'm just sayin...

  11. I am so thankful for all of you in this forum. It is so wonderful to read your posts and hear your ups and downs and know that we are not in this alone!

Did any of you ever wonder...

Wow! This was just the thread I needed to read! I have been feeling this way during a 3 week stall. It is so good to know this feeling of "this won't work for me" is common and that even the people who have already reached their goal felt this way at one point. Thanks everyone!
  13. Anyday the scale is down is a good day! Down a pound!

  14. 3RD week of stall.. wondering how long my body can fight the weight loss. Would love to hear from others 1-3 months out and how you are doing..

  15. First day back at body pump class in months! Didn't do anything more than 10lbs but my muscles are shaking!
