They reloaded the snack machine at my office, with THREE ROWS of jumbo honey buns. Am *SO* grateful for my sleeve and the loss of the cravings for that stuff. Part of my brain still responds, but the other part doesn't think that sounds as good as my key lime greek yogurt. LOL

My Pirates won our season opener 52-7 and just beat our in state rival 33-30. Next week we see if we can finally right some wrongs and beat the SC Gamecocks. I'll be there and hopefully be better behaved than I was at the last one.

Holy smokes, I am officially OUT of plus size clothes and in WOMENS XL......Soooooo freakin excited!!

So getting rid of 72 pounds feels GREAT!!!....I've loved being able to do things I haven't been able to do is so long....walking my literal butt off .....However, my knees are letting me know I've lost my mind with the jogging that I've tried....my knees are KILLING me right now!!!

Putting together pureed meal ideas, and dreaming of when I can eat them.

305 pounds this morning. Down 92 now. 18 days until surgery and 8 pounds to get a one-hundred-pound loss pre-op. I'm going to do it!

Our beautiful American flag is out. Watching 9-11 documentaries as we have done for the past 15 years. God bless all those that perished. I will never forget!

Bought a pair of size 14 jeans and a size L shirt today. Hard to believe I was a 22 and 2-3x just 3.5 months ago!

What's with all the bitching about not losing 10 lbs. a day? At least three new whines are posted daily. I have come to the conclusion that the psychologists who do evaluations are asking the wrong questions and not paying attention.
