18 Days unitl Surgery!!! Very excited, but also nervous and scared.

4 lbs down. Not much but hopefully I can keep it off so I reach my 10 lb goal before surgery

5 lbs down...Hoping to lose another 5 this week.

6 lbs down. Started this great protein shake VSGandMe2011 (DisneyMomma) recommended. I am no longer doubtful. I feel great, very motivated. I know I will lose this weight!!!

Awesome! I went to a Support Group with Dr. Coughlin. She is awesome! Have you gone to any support groups, they were suprisingly helpful. I really enjoyed it. Continued---I called my insurance co. myself and found out that I was approved. Im sure I annoy the crap out of my medical coordinator, but staying on top of her has been the only thing that seems to speed up this process. I have the 'tentative' date of Nov. 3, but I was told that cant be confirmed as a firm date until about 2 weeks prior. Ughh! Hope this process goes much smoother for you

Did you post pics of your incisions? I saw on your blog you were going to post them. I am vrey curious to see where they will be and what they will look like.

Everything is going fine...Still awaitng insurance approval. Also I need to drop 10 lbs and I am struggling with that. I am addicted to this site. I am so excited to begin this journey. Really hope I get approval soon so I can get the ball rolling

Hey girl. Who did you see for your Psych eval? I have a "tentative" date for Nov. 3. Not too far away, but I was hoping to have it much sooner. I was reading your post about surgery around the holidays. I was hoping not to have it so close to Thanksgiving, but I am just thankful I am having this done.
