  6. Thank you all so much for your responses. I had a feel I wasn't doing right happy I had a chance and could ask that question. I don't feel discomfort if I eat more than 4oz. that what made me ask this question.Again thank you all!!
  7. I am a little over one month out from surgery and I feel like I don't have restriction with my sleeve maybe it is in my head but I feel like I can eat a lot or what I deem as a lot at once. If I were to measure I would say it's rough 1 cup of food I can eat during a meal. I spoke with a co-worker and she told me I was doing wrong and needed to be eating 1/4 cup of food during a meal. I went through my weight loss manual again and didn't read anywhere where it say how much I could fit in my sleeve at once. I'm nervous that I might stretch my new stomach out over time. Can someone help and let me know how much I am suppose to eat if I were to measure in cups. Thanks for any help in advance. God Bless!

Bendryl is a life saver lol Ive had a few reactions that it has helped :-) Ive tried many fad diets so I hope I have killed my metabolism I feel like I don't have any. Ive heard a few people who said that with being a slower loser they don't have as much excess skin so if thats your case you may be lucky but hey on the bright side you are still loosing! Congrats on your success Hun! I wish you many blessings to come.

lol I can understand your concern with not wanting to loose weight pre op. I thought about the same thing I was going to try to loose weight before hand than I thought Oh no I dont want to hurt my progress and chances of getting the surgery. Its wonderful that your dietitian is working with you now and preparing you in advance for the life style changes to come. Well I wish you all the luck in the world on your journey God bless!
