I have enjoyed Thanksgiving and spending time with family and shopping, but I am SO ready for the Wellness Center to open up so I can get back to my Water Aerobics! I miss it!!

Had a great time doing Water Aerobics and swimming today!! I can't wait to try Yoga, Tai Chi, and Line Dancing!! I feel GREAT!!

I am looking so forward to going to the Wellness Center in the morning, and getting in more exercise! Time to kick this weight loss into high gear!

Doing better today, but the prednisone meds taste like crap!! All our leaps and bounds in the Medical field and they can't make meds taste like candy or chocolate??? lol

Well, I've been sick last couple of days with bad earache. I went to the Dr today, and she was very excited with my weight loss, blood glucuse number and very interested and impressed with my MX experience.

How much fluid do y'all try to get in a day? I am increasing mine to shake things up, and I think I am gonna shoot for 100 oz. Idk why it's so hard for me to remember to drink drink drink!!!

OK, so I haven't weighed in over a wk, my scale broke,or the battery went out. I think I am gonna let it stay broke for a while and just keep on focusing on doing the right things.

After buying 5 new Wii games and 2 new Wii remotes, my Wii isn't working!! Luckily we brought it to M-I-L today and found out it is just the cord, so ordered one off Ebay for $7. I miss my Just Dance 2!
