  1. Thanks!! I will have to try the Healthwise hot chocolate. I also just talked to my nutrionist and she recomended it as well. I have been starting to feel much better lately but just very tired still. Thanks for all the great advice its very helpful!!!
  2. I just have a few questions about foods that I can and cannot eat right now and what is normal after surgery. I was sleeved on December 2nd and have really been craving some sweets. Im not much of a coffee drinker but I love hot chocolate. Is it ok to drink as long as it sugar free? Also I am having a very hard time getting protein down and have tried lots of different shakes and powders and even tried adding the unflavored powder to foods and still have a hard time getting it down. I have had several problems since the procedure one of which I have been throwing up and have felt like I have the flu. It is starting to go away now but when I wake up in the morning I always feel like im going to throw up and am not able to eat anything until about 11 or 12. Has anyone else gone through this. I have also had a cold for the past week and a half so im wondering if that is part of it also but im not sure. Any advice would be helpful!! Thanks
