    How are you doing. I am having surgery in early January and am quite nervous about the surgery, the post diet and if I will truly see results. Cheryl Takin it one day at a time and trying not to stress myself out with all the demands of Protein, Water, Fiber, and the scale...lol. I know I will get there, eventually:redface1:
