I'm a survivor....I survived married life, two children and obesity. I continue to hang on to my wonderful husband and kids, but I kicked obesity to the curb...with the help of a very special tool called VSG. I am diligent in my "clean" eating. I am diligent in tracking my intake and I am diligent in not letting things get out of control. When I was obese, I felt so out of control. I have taken that control back and I'll never be the person I was before (thank goodness!). If you're visiting my Profile, I hope you have also taken control of your life and every aspect of it.
