100 pounds

I am curious to those of you who want to lose one hundred pounds and to those of you who have lost one hundred pounds... Im 5”2, 230 pounds and my goal weight is 130 pounds. Why 130? I like nice round numbers lol. So my question is…. What does it feel like? Please share your experiences. Thanks in advance :)

Before surgery, in my past, I lost 100 lbs 3 different times (regained each time) with WW and exercise ....it feels awesome! I just allowed myself to get lazy about all the things I did to lose the weight. I plan on maintaining this time around.

Best of luck to you!!

It feels incredible... I have no more joint pain... I am so active now its wonderful.... It was also fun shopping for clothes. I hated shopping before lol. Amazing what a difference it makes! Best wishes to you!

The words don't exist to describe it. There's a spring in your step that you haven't seen in a very long time. There's a mental high that leads to a physical one. It's just...-amazing.

What it feels like is...rebirth! I have soooo much more energy now and WANT to do things, instead of avoid them. I like what I see in the mirror (Finally) and it's even fun to get dressed in the morning. I get to pick out just the right outfit instead of just figuring out what I have that I didn't wear three days ago and covers what I want it to cover...you're going to LOVE it! Best wishes to you on this journey. Other than choosing my fabulous husband, it's the best decision I ever made. I hope you'll feel the same.
