  1. Hi Blackberry, thanks for the advice. I will try this. I thought maybe I ate the grilled chicken with ketchup yor salsa it would go down easier. But I will try your advice and see. I do like fish, so I will try that too. Thanks.
  2. I am so glad that I am not alone on this. I have the same issue with getting enough water in. It seems I go to the hospital more cause I am dehydrated. It has been a month, does it get easier? Help..
  3. I just reached my one month mark. I am also having trouble with protein. It seems I can eat a few bite of grilled chicken, maybe an ounce and I am full. My nutrition told me to get EAS protein powder and start putting it in yogurt and get it in my soy milk and so trying that. It is really hard still to get the calories in as they want me to. I have stopped losing, is it cause I am not getting enough calories in?
