  1. im going through this at the moment, and i also have 'furry teeth' which are annoying me. I suck on sugar free mints alot! And hope that when i move onto solids, these symptons should leave me forever!!
  2. im worried about looking old too! Everyone says i look younger than my 33 years, so when the weight starts falling off, my natural fillers (fat) will be gone But, i think i can live with a few wrinkles, rather than layers of fat. And as others have said, im not afraid to use the botox!!
  3. i had my 3 week stall, at 2 weeks But im aware your body goes into a starvation type mode roughly every 3 weeks or so, and holds onto the weight. See how it goes next week, as i will
  4. i had my sleeve a aday after yours, and i havent been to the 'loo' for a few days, so id also like to know what we can take! x

  15. thanks Fluffy, it gives me a better understanding. Basically i can have the same thing for purre AND mushy. So could have chicken stew but would need to blitz it for the puree part, or mush it up (with lumps) for the mushy part! thanks x
  16. Hi all, i start the puree stage of my of post op diet next week (2 weeks post op). Im struggling to understand the difference between puree and mushy though?? Can anyone give me a definition? Ive got a few ideas for the puree which is basically anything as long as it is blended! If you have any recipes, id love to hear them. Ive already blended some chicken casserole and chilli con carne. In terms of the mushy stage, im not sure what i should be looking at? Everyone keeps saying "mashed potato", but there must be more to the mushy phase than mashed potato!! Any recipes would be welcomed! thanks y'all x
