My best advice? Sip, sip, sip - walk, walk, walk. Walking not only helps you feel better, it aids healing and prevents blood clots.

I hate to say this BUT, the best protein drink is the one you can tolerate. You'll get about as many different opinions about what is 'the best' as you will find different brands of protein. What I love, someone else thinks tastes like puke and vice versa. The link in the first reply to places you can buy samples is an excellent place to start. Don't waste money on tubs until you can narrow down what you like. On the pre-made drinks, if you can just buy single bottles and not packs, until you find what you like.

Call and talk to them. They started approving the sleeve sometime back in April, I think. They may not have updated the bulletins on the website yet. My sleeve was approved on first submittal back in July.

When my surgery was approved by Aetna, I was also approved for up to three days in the hospital. Did they give a reason for the denial?
