kuwait sleever

hello im now two months and a bit since i got the surgery and now im eating normal food. i noticed that if i eat junk food i never get the pain in my tummy from restriction, however if i eat good/healthy/normal food i cant go pass three to four bites and im in total pain. for example, when i experimented, i was able to eat 5 bags of lays potatoe chips, two chocolate bars and mango juice in one setting, i started to feel the pain only when i drank the juice.( this was only for my experimental purposes, i dont eat this at all) i did this experiment cuz my friend who also had the sleeve pointed this out to me. however when at dinner, i ate my normal food which was broccolli and chicken breasts, i was only able to eat 3 spoonfulls till i was in pain and couldnt eat anymore. has anyone else experienced this? especially with lays potatoe chips. im able to eat loads of it without feeling anything! weird, your insights please.

i overate today (soup) i guess, and then my heart started beating really fast and then i suddenly felt so tired and sleepy then i just layed on the couch and slept for an hour. this all happened all of a sudden! this was a very weird feeling. has anybody felt this before? is this how dumping is for us vsgers?

so i dont get it, is it 4 days post op clear liquid diet or 10 days clear liquid diet or 2 weeks clear liquid diet??

hi everybody its me again, im at home now. i was sleeved on the 24th of july and everything went well. the nurses were incredible and the doctor was great. there was no pain at all at the incision sites, however the gas pain was horrible. i vomited 12 times total during my stay in the hospital and they reassured me that that is normal. today i went and got my leak test and that was another horrible part. i had to sip some disgusting Fluid while they check for my leakage, we had to do this twice as i vomited the fluid twice! however the third time was a charm and i have no leakage :thumbup1: then came the nutritionist to explain what i can eat during the next couple of weeks and brought with her some Water, apple juice, chicken stock and tea and asked me to try to sip only 30ml of each every hour and see if i can tolerate any. i didnt tolerate any of them at all till i got home, i was able to sip some of the apple juice. i just took a shower and now im laying in bed, thank god my gas pains are over and im back to normal now. just for those who are wondering, the price of my surgery all inclusive was 2,500 Kuwaiti dinars which is the equivelant of 8,676 american dollars. i had my surgery in Alsalam International Hospital here in Kuwait. if you got any questions, please ask! regards KS
