  1. At 55 yrs, I should not have such an obsession with Cheetos! Anyone have a suggestion on a replacement? Hopefully with a lower fat content. After 1 yr being banded, I am 1/3 of my way to my goal, and I am happy and still leanring the best things/ways to eat. All suggestions are welcome! Happy to join this forum! :wink2:
  2. I go for my 2nd fill in 2 weeks, still looking for my sweet spot. Just don't like the $300+ cost each time. But starting to like these protein shakes. And a stick of string cheese in microwave, 12 seconds. Yum!
  3. ...and that is exciting to me. Incisions still pinch and sting. Had 1st day back to work today. Exhasting! Other than that, I feel great and am still excited about my decision. Having a bit of a struggle find new places to give myself the needle. Well at least I cant feel a thing. Be prepared to stay overnight in hospital. I had to and was not prepared. Oh well, the staff was great!
  4. Hi all, I am a new AZonie Bander. Dr Orris did mine on April 3rd, so today is my day 3 after. Having difficulty with the regurge and the pain in my esphogus when I do swallow things. Hoping it settles down. De Orris said it should take 5 days. maybe.
