i think you can start walking on the 3rd week....you will feel great and it will help you if in any case you have gases......don't push it too hard, start slowly and start adding more and more time.....goodluck.:confused1:

i don't regret a thing, i am the happiest girl in the world, my life has changed and it has changed for the best. i look great, i feel great and i have learned how to eat small meals....i definitely don't miss the bigger meals. you are taking the right decision and you will love your surgery as well. :biggrin0:

I used to be an emotional eater as well. I'd get depressed and I'd start eating, usually salty things. potato chips and stuff like that. Now after my sleeve, i haven't been able to do that...so now i have gotten used to the idea and it has definitely helped me to control myself.

i was also picked up in San Diego, i tipped the driver until the end. I gave him 10dlls.
