  1. hey guys im three months out and have been gng to the gym for awhile. at the end of every aerobic class we do crunches and other abdomibal exercises. at first i would not participate but now when i do im always concerned after. so my question is when should i start or is it safe to do crunces already? thx
  2. im in as well. im not in shape so girls bare with me (one step at a time). lol
  3. thanks guys i really appreciate everyones feedback it makes a lot of sense now to set short term goals. i was just feeling a bit "on my own". size 12 it is ..... let you guys know when i get there.
  4. okay guys so my doctor and my nutritionist dont give goals for their patients because they feel that this will somehow lead to dissapointment and so on... but the only problem is that i need a goal or some kind of range because otherwise i dont know if i'm on the right track. i'm 5'4 and was 223. ive lost 23 pounds in five weeks can anybody tell me if i'm on track or what my goal should be.... thanks
  5. me too. i get them throughout the day aswell. not sure what causes them. i heard some one in another post say that it might be due to a full signal but i'm really not sure. hope someone posts to find out how to avoid them (especially when i'm shopping)
  6. hey guys okay so this barely occured to me i'm one week out and have been following everything (liquids only) and all seems to be going well. so i started taking my shakes and vitamins and stuff. so today after my chicken broth i began eating my calcuim (viactive) chocolate candy type and my sis asks isnt that a solid. since i dont like chocolate it never occured to me that i was doing something against the diet and my nutritionist even recommended them. i'm just so paranoid that this will cause a leak. should i stop taking them. HELP so freaked out. what do you guys think????????????????????
  7. thats so awesome. i'm so happy for you. congrats
  8. i know that some of you guys posted your recovery time before going back to work. from what ive picked up on is that the recovery time is somewhat shorter(maybe not). if some of the rest could post their recovery time it would be really really helpful. i'm getting sleeved sometime very soon and i really wanna be out the least amount of days possible. i have a 36 BMI so just wondering even though i know we're all different and recover differently. thx guys
  9. good luck girlie ur gonna do awesome. remember ur almost there stay strong and keep us posted.
  10. REALLy wow my Dr. said that i should be okay with only one week off and thats how much time i was gonna ask for. yea i should probably make different arrangements. thanks
  11. really but dont you think ppl would notice more than anything how little i will be eating (the girls). its really got me thinking. thanks for the advice
  12. hey guys im highly considering the sleeve and im very concerned about telling people or not. im really private and would rather not tell anyone but truthfully i dont know if i can pull it off ( eating with others and such). if anyone can share any thoughts on what they think or what they did, that would be really helpful. thanks:scared0:
