from a week to 10 days, was fine for me.....but it all depends on how you feel....if you can take 2 weeks then it would be great....i wasn't able to....but i did just fine.

fortunately my husband never said anything, he was more worried about my health, so when i had the sleeve, he was really really happy.....the thing here is low self esteem....and that is an issue i think all of us have as well.
