  2. haven?t had this problem either, what i did have was like i had this bad taste in my mouth, so what i do now is i pop a sugar free trident and it makes it go away......so maybe some gum for you will keep your mouth less dry. goodluck

  5. i go to the gym 5 days a week, some days i do cardio, like kickboxing and some other days we do weights.....then we have one day a dance class which is really cool. sometimes it?s hard to wake up and do exercise, but when i finish doing exercise i feel great!!! it helps me overall, and i never feel depressed.

  10. exercise exercise and more exercise, it doesn't need to be really strenuous, it just needs to be constant. at least 3 times a week, half an hour, or if you can a full hour. try it, you'll really see the difference. you can do it!!!
  11. i had some last week, and it's been 6 weeks since my surgery. it was great!! enjoy.
  12. LOL - i read the book eat pray love, then i started another one called breakfast with buddha, cleaned and cleand my house, took very long naps and started doing some walking.....hang in there.

  16. It?s been 6 weeks since my surgery and i have noticed that i have had to learn how to eat slower as well. i haven?t vomited but thankyou for sharing your experience and continue eating slowly....wouldn?t want to have a bad experience.

  20. i felt tired the first 3 weeks as well.....but as soon as i started with my exercise routine, i started having feeling more energetic. so i guess exercise has been a great help for me. try it out, see how you feel. goodluck

  22. how do you do it? do you feel really tired at the end of the day? or is it more the feeling of satisfaction that keeps you going. your story is inspiring. i will follow your example. thanxs
  23. for lower body - tummy - pushups and abdominals are a great form of exercise. plus it's really important to take care of your calorie intake. for upper body, lifting some small weights will help shape your back and shoulders. :biggrin0:
  24. i think my best advice is to call your dr. he'll tell you exactly when to start counting cals fat and carbs. goodluck on your new weightloss journey.
