i think we should tell our kids, that there is absolutely nothing wrong with having a bit butt, or thick legs or whatever shape, size or body we have. God has given us this body for a reason and we shouldn't judge anyone or call them names for any reason. so i would sit down with my kids and explain to them the importance of this. -

totally agree with Tiffykins, walk walk walk, that's the best way to get rid of your gas, or avoid fried foods LOL -

you need to start doing exercise, believe me, start walking, jogging, or dancing and i promise you, you'll start seeing results. start walking one mile, than 2 miles, try to get to 3 miles.....if you can jog a bit, it's much better. -

that's strange, mmm do you drink water while you exercise? maybe getting some liquids will help you out with that burning sensation in your throat. -
