a week to 10 days is fine....unless you feel you need to take more after the surgery. it all depends on how you feel, if you have the opportunity to take more days, take them.......i would?ve loved more days off. wish you the best of luck:thumbup: -

the same happened to me when i had scrambled eggs for the first time. but then i decided to mix them with some ham and i put some on a wholewheat tortilla (egg taco) and it went down perfectly well. you should try it. they're great.:thumbup1: -

i totally agree with you, we are so pressured by the numbers on the scale and that's why i think sometimes we don't lose weight. what i do now is check the scale every 2-3 weeks and i've had better results. try it and see how you feel. goodluck!!:thumbup1: -

Do you stay full after eating?

I feel full right after i eat, then i eat like after 5 hours, so i could say that i eat 3 very small portions during the day. sometimes i have eaten more on special occasions but i havent had good experiences - i tend to throw up- yuck!! -
