  1. Alright, i finally broke into the wonderland this am. 198.2. i am so excited. i haven't seen that # in years!! probably since 1992. that is a long time. it hasnt been easy but the rewards are awesome. i can finally shop in the normal size clothes. can almost wear a medium size in the blue OR scrubs. so close!! hope everyone else is doing wonderfull. hope to hear from you guys soon...

  2. yes i have to ditto that. my husband had the rny surgery in december. he had diabetes and blood pressure issues so i am not sure which one help. weight loss or coming off some meds he was on, but he said oh my i can't believe i am going here but here goes. that he is getting the morning well you guys know b____r....

  3. yea give it a try. the first week if the worst. i would have my family members take me to wal-mart to walk around. i started with 15-20 min then increased it. i would be tired but by the time i went back to work i was good. of course i didn't go back to work til i was 4 weeks out because my husband had surgery 3 weeks after i did. good luck

  4. My husband had rny in dec. and I am more jealous of him than he is of me. He talks about lady friends that are his sales reps or business associates that make comments to him and hugging him. He has hardly said anything about ppl looking and making comments about my weight loss. He does say he is satisfied with my weight loss and he doesn't care if I don't loose anymore weight.

  5. i was never a band patient, i opted for the sleeve right away. i howeverer know so many patient that have had so many complications due to a band. my husband aunt almost died from the band because she couldn't eat anything but shakes-like insure, then she couldn't keep anything down, not even liquids. she was wasting away to nothing. come to find out her stomach had inverted around itself and kinked up. good luck with whatever decision you guys make. God Bless..

  6. well i am also 3 1/2 months out and if i eat one too many bites it will come back up. like last night i ate too much, at first it didn't feel like that but the longer it sat in my esophogus it had to come back up. not all of it but i guess what i put in extra. it is not every day but it has started being at least 2 times a week. good luck with your new sleeve.

  7. okay i am sick of this freakon stall i am on. i am so depressed to the point i don't even want to eat one bite of food all day but i had an episode this am where i was so dizzy feeling, felt like i was going to puke and when i ate some cheese eggs, bacon and a graham cracker i felt better. i felt like i had been on a 7 day drinking party!! i think i know what happened but it still didn't make me feel any better about myself. i am so down about the weight loss and it sucks a big one!! i hate feeling this way. thinking about not worrying about carbs and doing a low fat plan. not real sure but not losing this way. barely eating, low carbs and still not losing. SUCKS A BIG FAT TOE!!!

  8. i am 3 1/2 months out and i weighed 210 this am. which i have been at now for 3 weeks. so i am so sick of these stalls that i keep having. wish i could just keep losing weight but i am afraid that my body is done losing. i eat hardly nothing and i still don't loose!!

hw 284, sw 266, cw 210. i wish that my body would make up it's mind. please help...

  9. you are doing great. take some measurements and then take them again in about 3-4 weeks to see how your body is changing. stalls and little weight loss is very discouraging for everyone on this forum so please don't think you are alone. we have all gone through lots of pain over the years and we want this to be successful. none of us went through surgery to be a failure so we all just need to keep our chins up. good luck and you are doing so well..
