I finally got my hot chocolate mini clubman!!

Oh, and i'm off 820 and Marine Creek Parkway....which is maybe 2 exits west of the Blue Mound Exit.

haha...yeah, I quit smoking before the surgery...and then again a few weeks after. I don't mind driving either, if you're not as familiar with the area. Should be fun!

That sounds so fun. Where the heck did you find an old mini?? I only seem to see them when I go to the UK. I haven't really looked into joining any groups or rides with the mini folks. I'm not much of a fast driver, just fell in love with the car itself. Mine is an '04 (picked it up in Oct of '03). It's silver, black trim. I really need something bigger than the clubman, but I can't see myself getting anything other than a mini. However, this surgery was a self pay, so the car will have to wait until that's paid off. Hopefully I can get it this summer or fall.

Awww...I love Mini's, too! Which one do you have? I got mine in 03, and I'm ready to trade it in. I love the Clubman, in hot chocolate, with the silver trim. Would rather the trim be white or cream, but that's not available yet.

How did it go? You had the surgery yesterday, right? I haven't been on much, so I don't know if you posted anywhere. Still trying to figure my way around the board. Hope all is well!

Have you tried wine yet? I am also a wine drinking...mainly red, but enjoy whites, too, from time to time. I am only 10 days post op, but I hope by summer, I'll be able to enjoy wine every now and then.

Doing ok. I am definitely walking, and the gas pains are subsiding everyday. I'm trying hard to constantly sip water, doing pretty good on that. Not doing that great on getting enough protein in though. I've gotten more in everyday, so maybe by tomorrow I'll get the required amount. It's so hard!

I'm still trying to find my way around this site. But when is your surgery? Or have you had it?
