    Hello Everyone,
    I am new at this I started my liq. diet 10/20/09 I have lost 11lbs before my liq diet I cut back on food and pop by 50% for a while. When I went for pre-testing I:thumbup: had lost a total of 20lbs. My surgery is 11/03/09. Getting ready for a NEW YEAR 2010 A NEW ME :cursing: So i can live healthier life and enjoy time with my Husband & kids and grandchildren.
