Congratulations! Already down 20 pounds...that's impressive. Surgery was not too painful. I felt great in the hospital, but had a pretty tough day around days 2/3 (I think) home. As soon as I was able to take my pain pump out (they inserted it during surgery) I felt SO much better. Definitely no pain I couldn't handle though.
