  1. anyone had fish 3 week post op if so how did you prepare it. I plan on baking it but do you think its flaky enough not to puree

      As long as the fish is flaky you don't have to puree it. The Talapia is very flaky and was a life saver for me. sometimes I put a little honey and brown sugar on it. (don't tell) to give it a change of pace but I usually just have it plain with lemon juice.

      Thanks for all the advice. I usually use a salt , pepper, garlis, oregano, lemon and a little olive oil to keep it moist.
