Day 9 post surgery feeling way better. Went to the Dr yesterday and nutritionist. Changed my diet from clear liquids to puree having oatmeal this morning and had mashed potatoes yesterday and they were great. Next week I will be able to have more stuff since my diet will be mashed. 15 pounds gone already!! Using clothes that did not fit before surgery. Good luck to everyone getting banded hang in there. Yes I had some fluid put on but I don't know how much they put in it. I feel pretty full Im having only fluids. Going back to the Dr this week and I have a list of questions for them. Im also seeing my nutritionist and at that time she will give me my new stage diet. Cant wait. Good luck to you.

Day # 5 post surgery feeling pretty good a little sore but nothing I cant handle. On liquids 3 oz every 2 hrs from 7am to 11pm. Taking liquid protein also. Cant wait for stage 2 which starts on Wednesday. I will be able to have mashed potatoes and stuff like that. Lost like 8 to 10 pounds already which is great!! My best wishes to every one! Waiting for this hunger to go away. Liquid diet does not fill me up at all.
