    Strength Training at home?

    I've never had a gym membership. I work out 2 to 3 times a week at home. I have my own equipment here in my house. A bench, dumbbells, push-up handles and pull up bar. And I do a lot of strength exercises (for beginners) and body weight workouts. Wish I had a TRX Suspension Trainer, but it's almost christmas time in two months.

    My advices: at home workouts and Fitnessblender on Youtube. There are tons of workout routines and exercises that you can do with little or no equipment at home.
  3. I'm using this site: work out at home My favourite exercises are mountain climbers, glutes bridges, squats, planks and some exercises I can do with a towel e.g. seated rows and sliding leg curls on the floor. And I'm working out with dumbbells at home. Biceps curls and triceps extensions are good strength exercises.
