Thanks so much for all the encouragement! On what site do you go to to get the weight tracker?

I am 27 years old and I have a six year old son. I have always done different diets with no long term success. I was banded on March 20, 2007 in Houston, Texas. I have a wonderful dr. His name is Dr. Alanis. My weight loss is very slow. I have only lost 21 pounds. I have no idea if I am doing the right thing or not. I have started to walk everyday. He does not give you a fill until you have lost 30 pounds on your own. I am open to comments and help offered. Pre-op 227 Pre op liquids 220 4/13/07-206.5 No fill yet :clap2:

berry, I have nothing in my band at all! I feel that I am eating everything in the book. As of today I have lost 17 pounds. I just started to walk this week. I hope that will help out.

I was banded on the 20th of March, a day after you and I ate some chesse quesadillas and well lets just say I will not do that again. It took a very long time to go down and it was very painful. How much have you lost so far?
