Dear Diary On the 19th of December I had my surgery lost twenty pounds by the end of the month, gained it back before my first consultation and fill in January. I am not disappointed in my proceedure just confused. After each fill I lose wieght the first week and the weeks after it seems the pounds return. I am confused. There are certain days I am full and then there are those days I just can not get full. I have been banded for three months and have lost 4 pounds. I have been having some bouts with sadness. I excerise but I feel so bad about what is happening my motivation is quite low. Am I whinning? I had my surgery done in Everet Washington at the North West Weight loss center--super, super people. Could not ask for any better group of folks. I am going back to have a third fill in hopes that I can proceed with better harmony about what I did, where I am going, and how to do all of this. :faint: I am not ready to hang up my walking shoes at my age, I want to learn to dance, snow-board-roller blading and just walk my dog without sounding as if I just ran a mile instead of closing my front door. I want to be in a healthy relationship where we can do things together which does not consist of eating all the time. So much to do and my wonderful body is having difficulties and I do not or know not what to do about it just yet. I do wonder though, if there are other people who are having a slow beginning? Does this mean I might have a speedy ending? Or does it mean anything?
