  1. I made cheese crisps today yum! Low fat cheese. Small piles on the griddle on high. Melt then harden. Crunch and protein. Yum!

    I did it. 2xs. And now sleeved. That's how well it worked. A temporary fix not a long term solution. Plus dry mouth mood swings. Oh yeah. Exorcist style. No sleep.
