I had my first feel two weeks ago, believe me it has been an adjustment so to speak lol but your portions will go to about 3 ozs thats it , sometimes i wish i enjoyed it before my adjustment she actually didn't want to add anything because i lost 22lbs before my fill but i insisted because I was feeling anxious like yourself and didn't lose week 5, its a rollercoaster I just wish i didn't feel so frustrated about getting things down.....good luck

  17. my pcp was against it , but he retired so i have a knew one... she was iffy cuz being honest for my weight i had no underlying issues i'm very healthy....and my dr. did make sense when i had discussed this or gastric why would i want to okay something that "could" make you unhealthy if i fed you bread and water and you were in prison you would lose weight ...i was like really? okay he is thin so he just doesnt get it..... I was excited when he retired and i had a "woman" pcp who said I will authorize it
  18. I definetly wasn't ready after a week , but everyones different
  19. even the lowfat muffins at dunkins have more calories than the donuts something i learned from my daughter when she worked their couple years back... if i go i only order coffee with skim milk and no sugar ...muffins are loaded with fat ......
  20. Had some wine tonight , white wine so im hoping that is a clear fluid ...and yes it tasted great , and no issues with sticking ....not sure if I should but didn't see it anywhere in my not to do.... I wanted it so I had some , not going to beat myself up over it , it is what it is peace my fellow banders
  21. I am still trying to get healed , I wasn't sure if I should be tracking calories , but I do know I am under 1000 which is probably not enough went out and bought some more muscle milk today , i feel better if I have that in my diet.....
  22.
