  1. Well - Its been a long time since I have been here. Lost a total of 58 lbs and well. Now. I am expecting baby #3 (Due 6/12/15) - I've had my band empited at around 16-17 weeks as i was having a very hard time keep down anything and everything. I cant wait to get back on my lapband wagon and continue the success of losing :)

  2. If I couldn't walk for 20 minutes 3 times a day before my surgery, how am I supposed to do it one week post up when I'm still healing and haven't dropped enough weight to make exercise any easier yet?

Just promise me you will set goals, do it slowly - it works and you will become your own motivator :)

I felt the same way.... my knees hurt, my entire body hurt and I was so fat that I was soooo out of breath! You can do it, just take your time, build your stamina. I eventually walked 3-4 miles a day 2 months post op. Give your self goals, time or distance - just set the goals! Feel good :)

  4. Seeing the scale move again has been a relief. 2 tenths from losing 80 lbs. It is so exciting to see myself weighing less than I have for years. I just wanted to say how much I appreciate everyone here and all your support!!

Carolinagirl is right - even though I have not measured my inches, I know for a fact that I have lost more inches than in lbs - keep looking for the NSV (non scale victory) to happen! TRUST ME! This too shall pass :)
