I have been a "Big Girl" my entire life! Im pretty sure I was born plus size ;)! I have tried plenty of diets and I had success on them... saw progress but somehow I always put the weight back on plus some. I had looked into Bariatric option previously but I always chose not too because I wasn't sure I wanted to have to say I needed help to reach my goals. When I reach my highest weight this year, however, I decided that help was the only way I would ever reach my goals. I went to a seminar to learn about LapBand and after hearing Dr. McEwen my mind was made up! So I initiated the process and here I sit! I am ready for the journey but I definitely would like to hear about the experiences of others so I joined this website. I look forward to meeting and connecting with new people!
