  1. Giiiiirl, tell me about it! Last week I almost became a murderer. I walked into my neighborhood pharmacy, and the girl that works there is one of the FEW people I told (I only shared with her because she struggles with her weight and mobility and I wanted to give her the idea) as soon as I walk in and she sees me, she starts rubber-necking from the back. Then, she starts asking, I front of everybody there: how much did you loose? WoW, I can see it in your face! How long has if been? Your sister lost A LOT MORE (had the sleeve 1 month before me) ect..... I can't wait to catch her ALONE! I mean, she works in a pharmacy!!!!! She should understand the concept of anonymity & confidentiality. Sheeeeshh!!
  2. It was on a crowed bus, and she was an older lady. Uuugh!

  10. Never thought thirst can be mistaken for hunger but that makes sense.
  11. I asked myself: "why are you eating, Penny, are you hungry?" And the answer was a resounding: "NO" So I put the food items away, and went to clean my bathrooms. Listening to my body feels so right.
  12. I DON'T WANT MY BOOBIES TO SAGGGGG!!!! (I rather stay big)
  13. Go on with ya bad self!! It's hard to believe you were ever FAT!!! OMG! You look fantastic!! For SURE I wanna know your tricks! I think I don't really wanna lose anything if it means having my boobs sag!! I rather be big with nice titties. LoL.
  14. That's EASY!! Just drink some Water between bites..... Jjuuuustttt kidddddinggg!!!! LoL. It can be somewhat weird to slow it down, after all, our old way of eating was more like "devouring". You'll get the hang of it (I'm still learning). For now, I rather be quiet while I eat so I can concentrate on what's happening with my plate. After every bite I swallow, I DO do a mental check and ask myself: "am I still hungry" like it was mentioned above.
  15. I had A LOT of pain AND a huge black & blue... Its normal to be somewhat sore. Did they press hard when they gave you the adjustment?
  16. Lauren22, you're officially a BANDit!! Congrats!!
  17. STOP!! Don't second-guess yourself. You'll get through this. Just come on here and vent when you need to.... Most of us don't mind. We can help you by giving you pep-talk, even if its just for that moment. Feel better!
  18. Endingyoyo, my condolences to you and her family during this great loss. I pray God's anointing over the lives of her two children, and also pray for strength for her husband to carry on. How I wish bad things like this never happened. ((HUGS))
  19. If we learn from our mistakes, then the mistake wasn't in vain....
