Mmmm. I love me some VERY soft broccoli laden with butter.
After my last fill I made peace with not being able to eat my ALL TIME FAVORITE (steak), and I'm actually ok with that because I know it's not forever; however, I'm still able to eat juicy, fatty bacon. Thank God (LoL)
A LowCarb diet actually improves all aspects of my life.... Including sleeping. As far as losing, I've lost nine pounds in two weeks.

Try to overcome your craving.... The pain is not worth it.

I like the way you think, BANDista!

You SHOULD go! There's an area where clothing is NOT optional, although most of the beach is "clothing optional". You can certainly stay on the clothed side.
The beach/water/waves are AMAY-ZING!

Beautiful video and even more BEAUTIFUL outcome!! Thanks for sharing this with us.... The only thing that would hold me back from reconstructive surgeries would be the scars. Gggrrrrr!!

I'm humbled to know I put a smile on anyone's face. Thank you for reading my posts!!! Don't even remind me of STEAK! I'm really sure I won't be able to have any after my last fill, but it's ok, I can live with that (for now).I saved your posting to read last because you always make me smile. I really enjoy you enjoying life. when I had read the headline of course I thought you ate a 8 oz steak or something and it didn't get stuck. one of my three things I want to do when I reach goal is to go to a Water park and slide down the slides. so I identify with this. good going.
Last Summer, about a month and a half after surgery- you know, that time when you have lost more than ten pounds and have this sudden burst of confidence and you think you can do EVERYTHING you couldn't do before (including wearing a bathing suit) yeah, during that time I threw myself down a slide at the Water park and made a damn fool of myself..... Mostly because I don't know how to swim. Apparently, I can't even find my footing in a 3ft pool at the end of a slide either. LoL.
So glad you had a sliding event...sounds so fun!!! Cant wait till I get there!!! There are alot of things I want to do when I get to 199!!! Gonna really Celebrate that one for sure!!! Enjoy your playground dates!!! So Congrats!!!
It's a great feeling having that "1" in front.... You'll get there!!
LONG LIVE NSVs!!!!!!!

gowalking, it's on Sandy Hook, on the northern part of the shore.I've been to plenty of shore towns and am not familiar with any nude beaches...at least not in Point Pleasant, Avon, or Belmar.
I'm planning to be there. Thanks.FYI, the spring meet and greet is on June 14th. Let me know if you can make it. We're scouting venues now and will post the info once we decide where to hold it.
WHERE'S THE FUN IN THAT?!!!!You're able to do that in a tanning bed.
I PROMISE to only go topless, not totally nude... I don't wanna be responsible for suicide.Your post reminded me of this Crankshaft comic from yesterday. It fits me I know:

It was a cloudy but BEAUTIFUL day in NYC today. The windy conditions made it THAT much better... But the icing on the cake was when I slid down the slide at the playground, and did not get stuck, instead, I slid pretty quickly! Thank you, BANDid life!!

It's jut like chicken broth but with pork ribs. I stir fry the meat while at the same time boiling Water in a separate pot. Then, I add the boiling water to the mean and let it simmer/boil for about an hour. It's much more filling and better tasting than broth from a can

Thank you all. I couldn't go today so maybe tomorrow.
Hey, catfish, with the pretty eyes and mesmerizing smile, my current sneakers were from a running store... But I didn't go on the treadmill.

I went to the gym last week but I couldn't go back the next day because my old sneakers scrapped my pads..... Can y'all recommend a GOOD walking/running sneaker....? I'm going shopping for a pair today.

I think this is the best advice.Try giving her the benefit of the doubt as she is likely all wrapped up in her wedding planning. And I agree...looking for bridesmaids dresses is not the time to call her out on anything.
Having said that however....I would suggest when you come out of the dressing room and see that you look spectacular...you should say loudly and forcefully....I looook faabulous in this dress!
I know...it's not how we roll. Most of us are so overwhelmed by how we look, that we sit in the dressing room or stand in front of the mirror and cry...and the poor saleslady has no idea what's going on.
But if you acknowledge your success loud and clear, there's no way she can avoid it.
I guess I'm cut from a different cloth than most people. I would just keep on keeping on and move on. If nothing else has changed in the relationship, I wouldn't rock the boat (but that's just me) I think eventually, true friends WILL talk about it.... But wait till after she weds.
