Happy thanksgiving to the group of people I am so thankful to have found at my darkest hour and have been here through my greatest time of my new life. Thank you all for your post advise wisdom laughs etc. life has been crazy in a good way and im out living it but you here are my rock and anchor so thank you. Wishing you all a happy healthy thanksgiving and if u want a fork of pie or two have it that's my plan and my band will def keep me accountable and in check. But just in case I hit the gym early this am lol .

Have the best time FL. A friend is in Ft. Meyers and she had the heat on and the window opened. Love fur coats for the north!! My beaver is so huge but not worth making smaller, it's older. But I have my mother's mink which is getting big on me too. Rather be thinner with large coats.

So many nsv im amaze at the physical person I have become . Able to hug my knees in pedicure chair n put my feet n my a$$ in the chair wth is that shocked when I did that. Lol my trainer looked at me last night and said ur getting so dam skinny wth I was like me ? Lol

I got the best phone call yesterday my olde brother is getting wls !!! He is taking his life back I want to cry im so happy for him he is torn btwn the sleeve and the band even asked me to ask my surgeon what does he think. A couple of the windows at Lord & Taylor set up for Christmas. What a treat! Oh, and then I went into the store to see if there were any sales and found two dresses I got for work...one was a Ralph Lauren and the other was an Elie Tahari. Well made clothes really do feel and fit so much better than the cheaper stuff. Oh, and one of the Ralph Lauren dresses I tried on made me look slutty according to my sister. I nearly bought it. I haven't looked slutty in the longest time....

Just wanted to share a new NSV from this morning. I've been using short handled pocketbooks lately because I don't need to keep a hand free since I don't use the cane anymore. But I still have plenty of shoulder bags so I switched my stuff out last night for a bag I haven't worn in several months.
I put it over my shoulder across my body this morning and the darn thing dangled low at my hip. Huh? Oh yeah...the strap doesn't have to go across the same expanse it used to. LOL. I made the strap as short as possible and now it's back at the waist where it belongs.
These unexpected NSVs are so much fun!

Walked into a shop this week, picked a jersey up and the sales lady said "we are out of stock on small sizes" she was speaking to ME!!!!!

Thanks for sharing !! As I change physically I am changing emotionally and mentally as well I guess. I see the importance of my good habits and putting me first. I notice people who know about the band are supportive but still it's difficulty because I'm changing and they may not be as I grow I'm learning who to keep and who to cut lose. Basically if u don't enhance my life u gotta go cause as my screen name suggest I choose to be happy
