Hi everyone, banded May 21st. Was told to concentrate on liquids so to not get dehydrated. Very hard to get that in let alone the recommended Protein. Having terrible gas pains, will get some gas x tomorrow if it doesn't let up by tomorrow. However, I'm very excited to recieve my tool. Before I got banded, I lost 30 lbs and an additional 12 lbs between pre-op and 3 days post-op. I look forward to the sharing of ur journeys, as I will share mine.

House5, I just got banded on the 21st. It took whole year to get me here. Insurance! But in that time I did alot of research on the band and other procedures and found this was the best for me. U will do just fine. Listen and ask as much questions as u need to feel comfortable. At the end of the day, this is for u, no one else. Good luck!
