Lol Bradycone! Man thank God I don't either! Ok I ended up eating a lil more than a piece it was like half to total those pieces up! It's still ok. I noticed I'm not a sucker for Krispy kreme like before! I first thank God for that and second my sleeve! Omg I use to have the BIGGEST SWEET TOOTH EVER! Now it's died down but I won't lie three weeks ago my oh so supportive older brother brought home to me when they clearly know I had surgery for weight loss.... Brought home RIPS LICORICE OMG I GOT HOOKED! I said no but I won't lie than I got told just have one piece n that was it. It's fine we fall and get right back up! That's all.
My friend is my motivation she had her surgery on dec 18 and now it's June 9 she weighs 150 she started at 225!!! I hope that will be me!

Yes I would but I would probably choose RNY. The weightloss has been challenging. I still feel like I'm on the same emotional losing roller coaster that I was prior to surgery. I wasn't expecting a cakewalk but I'm still busting my hump 5 to 6 days in the gym. So yeah I find that some days I'm a bit frustrated. It really makes it hard to make good choices all the time

6 months post op

This is exactly what I'm afraid will happen to me!!! Being in that awkward situation of whether or not to tell especially because I,too, have decided to only tell a handful of people and that's it!
I personally would give it some more time before I tell him.. like I would need a ring on my finger to feel okay enough to tell him lol Cuz i'd be freaking out that IF i did tell him right now and if things didn't work out afterwards that he would tell people about your surgery AND you guys have so many friends in common that it would totally be out there for everyone to chime in on!
I wish i was more help, but I dont know what I would do either

Today I am 6mths I out and almost at goal. I'm currently 154 my goal is 150. But now I'm thinking I want to get to 145 so I'll have a little room for T.O.M and Water weight etc. Just wish I want so obsessed with the scale lol I'm stuck at 154 right now but I have been losing inches so I'm ok with that.

Alright guys I went and it was fun!!! I was ok besides the big head ach I had

No I have not consistently lost it. I have stalled out so many times. The past month I was stuck at 208-203 and then finally I started working out more and eating better and I finally started dropping again. I had almost lost hope. I go weeks with only loosing a few lbs then I drop a few in a couple days. Don't loose hope at any point because it will eventually fall off. I had to make some changes though to jump start the weight loss again. Good luck to you.
