For January we are doing a biggest looser challenge. In February an overall healthy living challenge (weight loss, exercise, eating veggies etc). This month we are just finishing a fitness challenge and a healthy holiday challenge.

There is a woman on this Facebook group called Women's Healthy Living. She had it done.. I had lots of questions for her.

I feel the same way.. :S I haven't even gone for a consultation yet.

My Doctor placed the referral for bariatric surgery today. He said they would be able to answer my questions, and I can decide after my consultation. He said that he highly recommends it. The weight needs to go. I am 36 years old, 344lbs. Im a mom of two boys. I'm married, my hubby had a spinal cord injury, so I am left taking care of the family. I am scared, I admit it. I am mad at myself for putting on this weight. I've been trying to loose for years.. Bad habits die hard. If anyone can give me advice, I'd appreciate it. Berniefeakes@gmail.com
