  2. Just binge watched Daredevil must say it was quite impressive.
  3. Greek gyro from the diner, bacon And a sip of a chocolate milk shake have all made me violently ill.
  4. Malibu makes a low carb piña colada, it was good. My former beer belly is calling me all sorts of names right now! I hang my head in shame.
  5. I have done the same and my wife has said she hasn't heard me snore yet, she usually stays up later than I do.
  6. Great post, I believe we (society) as a whole have come to a place where we just can't or better yet won't take responsibility for our own actions and need the justification from others for our poor choices/ actions. I am new to this I had surgery back in February but I followed the "plan" now that said it's tough to be a saint in the city and I've done screwed up bad! But at no point did I "ask" if it was okay to do so. In the future may I ask some of the wonderful people here for advice like I have in the past ? Of course. I just don't know if they are trolls or just ignorant folks but I've seen some really bizarre questions here and that's okay too, if you truly need to know if it's okay to eat the triple bypass bacon jalapeño and nacho cheese burger in between two donuts and wash it down with a soda 2 days after surgery the gracious folks here will help you! That's my rant and I'm sticking to it! Good luck to everyone on their journey!
  7. Body tech @ the vitamin shop is pretty decent and they're usually on sale buy one get one free. I've tried vanilla, chocolate, banana and cookies n cream the last one being my least favorite.
  8. 3 months out. Coffee with Half n half and some sugar ( I know sugar is bad I only have 2 cups a day. Coffee that is not sugar, lol). Workout followed by a protein shake made with 2% milk. Lunch 5oz cottage cheese or quest bar. Dinner varies anything from meatloaf and mash to morning star veggie burgers in a low carb wrap, and I snack on different cheeses through out the day.
  9. Welcome and Good luck!
  10. I believe isopure makes a flavorless protein powder you can add to anything. Vitamin shoppe and Amazon sell it, I hear it's very good.
  11. Check out NYU Langone medical center they might have an office up by you. I used the one in the city and they were aces!

  16. You should work on that, I had the same problem and wound up in the ER with fecal impaction. Not fun let's say it was a night of enemas, laxatives and fingers! I still have nightmares about fingers and rubber gloves.
  17. Had identical issues and still do, my go to's are colace 3 a day and dulcolax 1 before bed every few days.
